Join us on May 11 from 11:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Pagano Gym for a HIIT Workout!

Hight intensity Interval Training(HIIT) is challenging and will take your cardio workout to another level. HIIT is a strategy that will save you time. You don't have to workout as long. You'll lose weight, build muscle, and give your metabolism a boost. 

  • Push your pace out of your comfort zone!
  • Use your body weight to push through cardio, jumping jacks, squats, and more!
  • Work up a sweat fast, recover, and then HIIT is again!
  • Still burn calories for up to 2 hours post workout!

Open to participants with access to the fitness centers!
