Hight intensity Interval Training(HIIT) is challenging and will take your cardio workout to another level. HIIT is a strategy that will save you time. You don't have to workout as long. You'll lose weight, build muscle, and give your metabolism a boost.
- Push your pace out of your comfort zone!
- Use your body weight to push through cardio, jumping jacks, squats, and more!
- Work up a sweat fast, recover, and then HIIT is again!
- Still burn calories for up to 2 hours post workout!
Open to participants with access to the fitness centers!
